Nicola Galombik is Founder and Board Chair of Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator. Nicola’s career spans television broadcasting, political activism, policy development, investment and business leadership – all with a common thread of igniting and leading social change. She is Executive Director at Yellowwoods, an investment holding company with several businesses in the financial services sector and restaurant/leisure sectors. Previously, Nicola established and was Managing Director of Converse Consulting, held senior executive positions in television broadcasting, policy and regulation and in education, and was a documentary filmmaker. Nicola was a Fulbright scholar and holds an MA from New York University.  She is a fellow of the African Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Global Leadership Network, as well as the IGD Frontier 100 and African Leadership Network.  She sits on the boards of several private sector businesses as well as the African Leadership Network.
