ABOUT US

Harambee was founded in 2011 to be a catalyst for inclusive hiring and to build solutions that can work at scale. In addition to our work with partners, we have also built an internal culture for systems change, founded on inclusion, diversity in all its forms, and a way of working led by values. This culture is embodied in our organisational values and our leadership competencies – we call it the “Harambee Way of Working.”

It has informed an organisational humility in working with others, an authenticity in learning from the voices of young people every single day, and a relentless focus on getting things done the right way – while always doing the right thing.
